Tai Chi Chuan Demonstration

Join in this Interactive-lecture-group participation demonstration to learn about the health benefits of Tai Chi Chuan.  Master Peter Kwong will be guiding you through an overview of how Tai Chi Chuan can bring you healthy, meditation, balance, strength and flexibility.

Tai Chi Chuan is meditation in movement and is relaxing, non-strenuous, helps circulation and balance, and requires very little effort. The soft, flowing movements of Tai-Chi help people of all ages to improve their physical condition, decrease fatigue, and develop endurance. Tai-Chi exercises the cardiovascular system by increasing the circulation of blood and oxygen to all parts of the body.
